The residential program at SBH II encompasses all treatment components including individual and group therapy, family therapy, nutrition, health, psychoeducation, and will always encourage system involvement. SBH II utilizes evidence-based approaches, treatment modalities that have been scientifically tested and proved to be effective, such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBCT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Family- Focused Therapy (FFT), and systemic based treatment modalities.
